　　如果被推薦的人是你的下屬或合作者，你有必要先介紹一下被推薦人擔任的職務，他個人在任中出色完成的一些項目，接著簡要地談一下你對被推薦者的看法。如果沒有這些就顯得有點突兀，例如：
