在雅思http://m.eatattheg.com/newslist/newslist40_1.shtml聽力中，數(shù)字題是Section 1必考的題型，常常以各種各樣的形式出現(xiàn)，數(shù)量、各類號碼（如電話號碼、護(hù)照號等）、比例、百分比等。下面介紹各類數(shù)字的讀法。

 

1.基數(shù)詞

(1) 20以上的基數(shù)詞的讀法

21-twenty-one

35-thirty-five

99- ninety-nine

注意：區(qū)分“幾十”和“十幾”。幾十都以／t?/結(jié)尾，短促且沒有拖沓的鼻音，十幾都是／ti:n/,長音且有鼻音。由于錄音讀得比較快，難以區(qū)分長短音，考生可以通過鼻音進(jìn)行區(qū)分。

 

(2) 100以上的基數(shù)詞的讀法

101- a/one hundred and one

131- a/one hundred and thirty-one

200-two hundred

999 - nine hundred and ninety-nine

注意：

①美式英語中and通常會省略。

②在數(shù)字中and讀作／n/或／æn/,重音在最后的數(shù)字上。尤其注意“幾百八十”的讀音，因為容易發(fā)生吞音連讀的現(xiàn)象，比如280,錄音會讀成two hundred an-eighty, and中的／d/不發(fā)音，然后將n和eighty連讀，造成很多同學(xué)誤填290.像這樣的音變現(xiàn)象也是比較有規(guī)律可循的，是提分的要點所在。

 

(3) 1000以上的基數(shù)詞的讀法

1,001-a/one thousand and one

3,235- three thousand two hundred and thirty-five

9,999 - nine thousand nine hundred and ninety-nine

1,000,000-one million

1,000,900- one million nine hundred

1,000,000,000-one billion

1,000,090,000 - one billion ninety thousand

注意：小數(shù)點讀作point,當(dāng)小數(shù)點前為0時，可不讀，英式也讀作 nought/no:t/;小數(shù)點后的只要依次讀出數(shù)字即可。

 

4.分?jǐn)?shù)和百分比

1/2-one-half或a half 3/7-three-sevenths 或 three out of seven

25% - twenty-five per cent

56.3%-fifty-six point three per cent 或fifty-six point three out of a hundred

注意：分子用基數(shù)詞，分母用序數(shù)詞，分子大于1時，分母加s.

 

5.金額

£1-a/one pound $20-twenty dollars

A$100-a/one hundred Australia dollars

€50 - fifty euros

76p-seventy-six pence

£10.50 - ten pounds fifty pence

£10.50-ten pounds fifty

£10.50-ten fifty

注意：英鎊符號（£）、美元符號（$）、澳元符號（A$)和歐元符號（€)都寫在數(shù)字前，而pence“便士”寫在數(shù)字后；$10.50這類帶小數(shù)點的金額有三種讀法，特別要注意省略pounds的讀法ten fifty.

 

6.日期和時間

(1) 時間的讀法

9:00- nine o'clock

7:30- seven thirty 或 half past seven

5:45-five forty-five 或 a quarter to six

2:15-two fifteen 或（a) quarter past two

1:10-one ten 或ten past one

3:05 - three oh five 或 five past three

1:55-one fifty-five 或 five to two

注意：美式英語常用after來代替past;用of代替to.

 

(2) 日期的讀法

5月1日－May the first 或the first of May

7月10日星期五－Friday the tenth of July

1月27日－January the twenty-seventh 或 the twenty-seventh of the first

注意：

①雅思聽力考試中的月份有時候會用序數(shù)詞表示，一、二、三月可能用first、second和third來表示。如劍6的Test 3中，錄音出現(xiàn) the twenty-seventh of the first, nineteen seventy-three.答案是January 27,1973,其中一月份沒有讀作January而是讀成了the first.

②雅思聽力考試要求考生能正確拼寫月份和星期，而且月份不可以用阿拉伯?dāng)?shù)字或簡寫，必須用單詞寫，所以考生在平時要熟記它們的拼寫。

(3) 年份

1900- nineteen hundred

注意：

①英式英語以日期為先，月份為后，美式英語則與此相反。如 2016年4月2日英式寫作2 April,2016或2nd April,2016,而美式則寫作April 2,2016或April 2nd,2016.

②由于日期的書面表達(dá)不同，讀法也不一樣。如2016年3月20日，英式可寫作20th March,2016,可讀作March the twentieth, twenty sixteen 或 the twentieth of March, twenty sixteen;美式可寫作March 20,2016,讀作讀成 March twentieth, twenty sixteen(美式中常將日期前的the省略）。

 

7.電話號碼

07788 136711 - oh double seven double eight, one three six seven double one

01674 553242 - zero one six seven four, double five, three two four two

注意：

①電話號碼中的數(shù)字0有五種讀法，分別是：zero,oh,nought,null和nil.前三種較為常見。

②對于連續(xù)同樣的數(shù)字，常用double或triple來表達(dá)。

③分機(jī)號為extension number,如“轉(zhuǎn) 4265”讀作 extension four two six five.

④數(shù)字之間搭配能會出現(xiàn)連讀現(xiàn)象，從而影響聽力。常見的就是和8相連的數(shù)字，如：68/s?kse?t/、78/sev?ne?t/、48/fɑre?t/、88/d?ble?t/.

 

8.數(shù)量的單位

雅思聽力中，數(shù)量常會與一些單位一并出現(xiàn)（如貨幣、重量、長度等），如果試卷上沒有給出相應(yīng)的單位符號，則需將其作為答案的一部分寫出。其中需注意的是與貨幣的連用，考生要學(xué)會寫英鎊（£）、美元（＄）和歐元（€)的符號。如果聽到nine pounds fifty,應(yīng)寫作£9.50.同理，five euros forty-five 即€5.45,two dollars twenty 即＄2.20.
